1. Neon colors can be a bit tricky to mix and match with! Make sure, you know what color would most flatter your skin tone and hair color so not to look unsightly. Go to WikiHow if you still haven't figure out what color would fit your skin tone!

2. Be careful on what accessories you match with your outfit. Be minimalist as possible because in neon colors, LESS IS definitely MORE. 

3. Don't be afraid to experiment with colors. Never stress yourself on what people wants you to be or wants you to wear. So what if you have so much colors on you?! After all, people shouldn't hate what they can't imitate rightttttt :)
