GUYS THESE DAYS
3 December 2012
Admit it ladies, do you find guys who wear something like this hot? Well, I do. :) I like how guys these days are leveling up in terms of fashion or the way they dress up, didn't you notice that most guys before just wear whatever they grab from their closet and doesn't really care of what people think even if it looks horrible on them! I'll take it from experience, I grew up with 4 brothers and NO sisters at all. So I pretty much know boy's "way of life" (if that's what you call it) few years back I'm more like a personal stylist than a sister to them but now they already know how to properly dress up. The surprising thing is sometimes they even dress up better than I do! Not only my bothers but other guys as well. Isn't that amazing? Guys are starting to become prideful in fashion. Hmm.. we better watch out girls! :)
This guy can pull off a tank top and
khaki pants look even when his eyes closed! That is how great and influential David Guison is. I like how he expresses himself freely and doesn't mind what people
say about him even if some questions his sexuality. FYI: Just because some guy
dresses up differently doesn't mean he's gay. There is something called
"unique and creative" and a lot of guys has that.

We Made History #NewGloriettaVibe
30 November 2012
Last night, I went to this amazing runway
show and the best thing about it is that I was part of it. I was part of the
fashion history. Booyeah! what fashion history? oh nothing we just beat the
WORLD RECORD OF MOST PEOPLE WALKING ON THE CATWALK you know with a total of
2,255 models. No biggie. Really. Hahaha! Kidding! Anyway, the experience was
surreal. I have never thought in my whole life I would be part of something
like that I guess dreams do come true
(well, only if you really work hard on it) Not only did I get to experience walking on the
runway but I also got to meet amazing
people. Models, actors, singers, artist, bloggers you name it! and also I
gained a new friend! Hi Brian Eusebio!
Being part of
this show is something I will cherish forever. Its something I have dreamed of
all my life! People might think I’m overreacting and stuff but I believe “one
will never understand until one experience it” The thing about fashion modeling
is it’s misunderstood by a lot of people they think modeling is an “easy job”.
It isn’t. Modeling is not just about walking and earning money process but it
also teaches you values such as patience and trust (in yourself). Once you have
patience and trust in yourself I can assure you you’ll have this
“screw-those-sleepless-night-screw-those-stressful-rehearsals-I’m-going-to-rock-this-show”
attitude. So if you really want to pursue modeling, my advice is just be open
to new possibilities and be original. Make yourself unforgettable to people...
in a good way of course! Lastly, just remember: If you want something, don't
just wish for it, go for it! ;)
Want to know more about the runway show? Here you go :)

Candy Fair 2012
24 September 2012
Aaaand i'm back! Hey everyone! Miss me? :)
So, I'm going to blog about what I wore during the Candy Fair 2012 (the event I attended recently). I was supposed to wear the pink tank top I recently bought in Forever 21 but it didn't fit me well so I wore this teal sheer top instead. Lesson learned: there's something called a Fitting/Dressing Room. Haha! but its okaaay, the teal top looks better with my Aztec skirt (from Bubbles) anyways.
What do you think of my look? x
So yeah, me and Nicole enjoyed the Candy Fair though the place was jam-packed like it literally filled up the place! I almost passed out actually, the heat was really unbearable! But its all worth it if you ask me. Anyway, I don't want to end up telling you all the full details of what happened in the event especially the my-crush-said-hi-saskia part :)) It's just not blog-worthy! Hehe. Enjoy the pics!
the wild crowd! :)

Sassy Theory: 3 steps to dye denim shorts
24 July 2012
What you need:
> Big Containers
> Lukewarm Water
> Dyes
> Iodized Salt
> Gloves
> Denim Shorts
Fast Dyes from National Bookstore |
1.
Dissolve the dye and iodized
salt in the lukewarm water placed in a big container ( 1 color for each container)
Note: the water must depend on the amount of
dye you will put. “less dye, less water”
2.
After a minute or two, start
dipping you denim shorts in the container. For better results, dip your denim
shorts longer than 1 minute.
Note: Be creative! Don’t just stick into one or 2
colors :) and oh! If the color of your denim shorts is dark never use a
lighter shade of dye, because it will just be useless in the end.
3.
After you have dipped your
shorts, (those who doesn’t have dryer at home) you could just hang your shorts
under the sun for 2 days! (Actually, it will dry up in a day, but if you want
to be sure do it in 2 days)
So here’s what happened to my denim
shorts! Nice, ey? And guess what? I didnt search online tutorials on how to dye
shorts blah blah, i just used my imagination and a little help from the tie
dyeing experiment we did in my chem class 2 years ago. The experiment we had
was really fun and so far it is the best science experiment i had in my life!
Because of that i tried doing it in a denim shorts and see if it will work and
luckily it did! I know I still lack creativity but i will really work on it!
You’ll see ;)
Anyway, hope my 3-step tutorial will help
you. If you want to share pictures of the shorts you dyed yourself, please
don’t hesitate to show me. Can’t wait to see them!
Beach Time: 04-30-2012
30 April 2012
I bought this cute pink bikini at Triumph and luckily it was on sale! A real steal! I recommend Triumph if you're looking for a swimsuit, I swear the quality's great! Their swimsuit is a bit pricey but it's really worth it. Trust me ;)
This pink shades is a birthday gift to me by my awesome BFFs! And its from Forever 21 :)
I bought this beach shorts 2 days before the beach day! I was informed that we're going surfing too! Yipee! of course, I had to wear something on top my bikini because I don't want to end up showing
off my "soul" HAHA!
With my younger brother at Real, Quezon!
Thanks to my guitar, phone and candy mag for being there for me on the way to Real, Quezon! without them I'll be dead of boredom by now. Yes, the trip was really that long!
The Gang! ♥
