Fashion in the Philippines is evolving in many different aspects. One is, Filipino fashion designers are starting to make a name in Hollywood. Oliver Tolentino and Michael Cinco was one of the Filipino designers chosen to design gowns for the final runway show of America’s Next Top Model, Monique Lhuiller’s creations can also be seen graciously worn by actresses on the red carpet.

Another is, Local stores like Bench, Penshoppe and Kamiseta are hiring international celebrities. Zac Efron, Mario Maurer, Ed Westwick, Leighton Meester, Ian Somerhalder, Joe Jonas, Adam Levine, British band One DIrection and the list goes on. They are one of the many international celebrities gracing the billboards in EDSA and endorsing our local products. Elavating our country into a world-class status.

Lastly, I've noticed how our style is evolving as well, from lame style to laid-back. These days we Filipinos are getting more experimental and creative on how we dress up compared before. In conclusion, I can say that in the next few years not only will we be known from our local products but we will also be bringing Philippine Fashion to the world in a heart beat.
