Summer Paradise: 03-25-2013
24 March 2013
"Enjoy every moment you have because in life there are no rewinds, only flashbacks" awww! to be honest this quote made remember or rather regret scads of things. All the mistakes I have done in the past that I want to change but couldn't anymore. Oh well, what is past is past might as well enjoy every bit of the NOW and just move on. Besides, what's the point of dwelling so much on the past when we know in the end nothing will really change but our perception in life?
Anyway, enjoy the pics!
REDux Experience: 03-15-2013
16 March 2013
REDux is the first party I've been to with my best friends
and it was one hell of a party! The night was filled with excitement and tons
of unexpected happenings (Errm, disappointments). But before I recount
everything (okay, not all) that happened, I would like to thank BMS and all the
people behind REDux for choosing my blog as one of their advertisers and for
giving me 2 VIP tickets. I am much honored to be part of this fantastic event!
To start of, I’m not the type of person who usually goes to parties and other
events which consist of loud music, unlimited drinks and wild people. I know, I
know. A lot of you are surprised but seriously though, I’m not a party girl
everybody might think so. Fine, I got
drunk once but that would be the last of it :)) ANYWAYS, enough of my boring
life!
Summer Vibe with Style Shop Manila!
11 March 2013
OMG look what I've found as I was doing my usual "online shop stalking"!!! Okay, I'm officially in love with high-waist bikinis. It's so unfortunate of me because the moment I saw these bikinis they were already sold out! if it weren't though I would be buying all of 'em! Hoping for a restock soon! (*cough cough* Style Shop Manila) hihihi
The best part is, you could buy these bikinis for only 500.00ea. Such a steal!

Another school year is about to end and De La Salle University’s Business Management Society proudly presents its 27th Year End Party REDux: Life Through Expression! This March 15th, the first ever Graffiti Party in DLSU will be held at PICC Forum 1. Upholding the tagline of having to “live life through expression” can mean many things, but indeed REDux is made of five elements of street art such as making music, dancing to the beat, hosting the show, doing art and beat-boxing!
Witness and see the winner of the first ever public art contest in DLSU named Canvas of Expression. Gaze at the fashion show as they feature pairs of twins as models. A specially made REDux shirt will be given away to each of the ticket holders during the party for you to write on to serve as a medium to meet others! Listen to the spectacular music of DJ Carlo Atendido and DJ Ray Umali to keep the night alive! What else can you ask for?
Come join the fun this coming March 15, 2013 at the PICC, Forum 1! If you're looking for a party like no other, this is it. Experience the first ever graffiti party of De La Salle University. Four hours of hyped up music. Spectacular graffiti bash. REDux: Life Through Expression :)
Stradivarius coming soon!
I'm sorry if I haven't been updating my blog lately, I'm feeling really sick right now and had to cancel all my photo shoot sessions :/ but anyway, I still have something to share with everyone!
I had to say, last February 23 was one of the best days of my life. I was able to reunite again with my friend after a year of not seeing him! Anyway, a big thank you for my friends Nicole and Gerard for tagging along! Love them to bits!
I wore my favorite black dress from Betty and matched it with my Stradivarius shoes for a Taylor Swift look feel! speaking of which, Stradivarius will be opening its newest store here in Manila on March 18 :) can't wait!
This dress is beyond perfect! the dress may look conservative at first but when I turn around... ta-dah! Don't you love that cuts at the back?
Used my Victoria Secret bag for the first time. Yipeee I would like to thank again my amazing Daddy for this!
Say Hi to Jefta oh and Serge too! ;)
Stay Sassy ❤

Live Your Style with adidas NEO: 03-06-2013
5 March 2013
Question of the day:
How do you express your personality through your style?
I always believe that it is working within limitations, using imaginations and being true to ones character and taste that makes a fashion statement... authenticity is the key. Always. I express my personality through style by being true to myself, I have a very "girly girl" personality and tends to wear clothes that have so much colors on it but I'm never ashamed and afraid of being different from the rest. I always keep in mind that clothing is a reflection of my personality and not anyone else' s.
I let my inner fashionista out by experimenting on colored pieces!
Embrace fun, spontaneity and the
unexpected twists in fashion when the adidas NEO Label Spring 2013
collection hits stores in January to March.
Living a
carefree journey that lets teens make their own style, NEO will capture
attention with unique and innovative fashion and design twists on Spring
merchandise. Products have multiple purposes or added value.
NEO will release
a fresh product offering each month, spotlighting a fashion trend
interpreted in a different way. In March patterns are the highlight,
featuring vibrant waves of colour, with subtle patterns that appear to
be one thing but on close inspection reveal another. These will include
camouflage prints and edgy takes on adidas NEO slogans with a focus on
windbreakers and shirts. Sporty, street and lifestyle footwear
silhouettes with strong colour and graphic links create the look.
NEO footwear is available in SM and select Robinson’s Department Stores nationwide.
Note: This is my entry to the Nuffnang contest.
Green Team: 03-05-2013
Adhering to the dress code doesn't necessarily mean you can never let your inner fashionista out. Actually, there are plenty of fashionable ways to get around school guidelines! Here's one:
[Stellar Top: Shopaholic, Pastel Green Pants: Zara, Bag: Salvatore Ferragamo]
[Necklace: Hand-maid by my amazing Mom]
[Gold Flats: Parisian]
Would you wear something like this to School? x
Have a nice day and Stay Sassy! ❤
QUESTION OF THE DAY
4 March 2013
How would you stay fashionable while following the dress code?
Casual sweater matched with plain black leggings and sneakers will give you that laid-back and casual feel. Though, I don't prefer this now since the heat here in our country is unbearable and wearing something like this to school would probably be the worst decision you have ever made. The best alternative? Plain white v-neck shirt .
Want to keep things casual but with a touch of vintage? go for a lace look matched with these pair of jeans to school! Just make sure the lace top you match it with is not showing off so much of your skin. But if you're not certain, it's better if you bring a cardigan or any stylish cover-up in case!
Sweetheart Top and Blue Green Bandage Skirt from Sassi Boutique
Gray Tribal Top and Blue Aztec Skirt from Sassi Boutique
And if you're that type of person who believes in the saying "less is more" then my suggestion is go with a simple and very affordable look like this one. Casual tops partnered with bandage skirt can be a little mainstream already but it doesn't hurt to go with the flow, right? as long as you're comfortable with what you're wearing and you know that you're not violating any rules then I guess there's nothing to worry about. Just try to put little twists to your outfits like choosing the right accessories!
That's it for my QUESTION OF THE DAY post. Now it's your turn! I would love to hear from you sassy people. x

Human Rainbow: 03-01-2013
1 March 2013
Today I've decided to unleash my hippie side again but this time with a modern touch. I tried all sorts of bottoms to match with this cute dream catcher print top from Sassi Boutique and we all know to look "hippitiezed" we should wear something faded, torn, or even patched jeans/shorts. But since I'm that type of person who looooooves experimenting on different pieces I ended up wearing this Aztec skirt I bought from Bubbles. Hmm, don't you love the combination?
This pale pink headpiece definitely brought out the hippie in me!
To not look too carried away with the colors, I chose to wear this black pumps from Parisian.
Top: Sassi Boutique
Aztec Skirt: Bubbles
Pink Headpiece: SM Accessories
