REDux Experience: 03-15-2013

REDux is the first party I've been to with my best friends and it was one hell of a party! The night was filled with excitement and tons of unexpected happenings (Errm, disappointments). But before I recount everything (okay, not all) that happened, I would like to thank BMS and all the people behind REDux for choosing my blog as one of their advertisers and for giving me 2 VIP tickets. I am much honored to be part of this fantastic event! To start of, I’m not the type of person who usually goes to parties and other events which consist of loud music, unlimited drinks and wild people. I know, I know. A lot of you are surprised but seriously though, I’m not a party girl everybody might think so.  Fine, I got drunk once but that would be the last of it :)) ANYWAYS, enough of my boring life!

Days before the event I had difficulties finding the perfect outfit for the party. I wasn't sure if I’m going for a casual look or go for the usual party look (e.g.  Body-con dress or tank top matched with pencil skirt).  Originally, I was planning on wearing black sheer long sleeves under my sequined tank top but then I remembered it was a graffiti party! Simply stated, it is not the right time to wear something formal.  So I've settled on just wearing my sequined tank top with denim shorts and soldier boots. The colored socks definitely made the trick! In the process of deciding which outfit to wear in the party I've learned that as much as possible we should wear something comfortable because that’s when we really move a lot like dancing wildly to the beat of the music! We never want to experience wardrobe malfunction in such a fun night, right?

I’m going to make this quick! Okay, I was the “executive” care taker of my drunken friend/s. It was fun though, but at the same time really exhausting! Because you had to keep an eye on your friend /s who are in a drunken stupor the whole night just to make sure nothing bad will happen. If you know what I mean ;) But I didn't mind, just the thought of being with your friends in an extra fun night makes everything worth it.
