Last year, I was given the chance to attend the Cream Silk Double up on Beauty event held at 71 Gramercy in Makati. The brand collaborated with four top beauty experts namely Agoo Bengzon, Pewee Reyes-Isidro, Rissa Manaquil Trillo and Raymond Santiago to share some tips on how to take our look from good to great. It was an afternoon to remember indeed!

I've been using Cream Silk conditioner for years and it is the only product that keeps my hair tangle-free and fragrant. However, there came a time when my hair started to be dry and brittle. The worst part is instead of finding ways to bring my old locks back. It got to the point that I felt the urgent need for hair intervention.
So when I got invited to this Cream Silk event, I grabbed the opportunity right away! Conditioners are very important. It does not only leave the strands of our hair shiny and healthy but it also moisturizes and restores the vitamins and nutrients that are taken away from curling and straightening that we subject our hair to.

According to Unilever's beauty expert and Preview magazine beauty editor Agoo Bengzon, "Prevention is always better than cure". As much as possible, we should avoid flat irons, hair curlers, and hair dyes because they do nothing but damage our hair. However, as Peewee Isidro, Editor-In-Chief of Mega Magazine have mentioned, "Filipinos love to experiment, they are style savvy" which is why we could agree to the fact that completely avoiding these kinds of heat styling tools are not entirely possible. These tools are great for giving our hair that perfect look but only when used in moderation. Since our hair is definitely a prominent part of our appearance, Rissa Mananquil-Trillo CEO of "Happy Skin" stated that we should always "care for our hair" and what better way to keep our hair healthy than with Cream Silk's Daily Treatment Conditioner!
Cream Silk is available at leading supermarkets, drugstores, and personal care stores nationwide.
